Refund and Returns Policy
Before purchasing, make sure to request a trial account. We have set up a trial account so you can test it, and if you are not satisfied, do not purchase a long-term service. If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to view and use our FLEXIPTVZONE services, then request a refund. The FLEXIPTVZONE team is always available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and if you are unable to set up the FLEXIPTVZONE service on the devices you own for any reason, this will not include refunds. Please consult and learn the necessary tutorials on setting up IPTV. If you have made an error in choosing the service and have made the payment, you can find a ticket in the support section titled “Create,” then our support team will review it, accept it, and process the refund. Payment error: this means you wanted to buy a 3-month service but mistakenly chose and paid for a year or less. If your account expires 7 days later, the refund request will not be accepted.
